Senior Finance Business Partner - Sales

- Sales sits inside a major UK commercial-vehicle sales and aftersales organisation and takes clear ownership of around £900 million of revenue - planning it, challenging it, and partnering day-to-day with the sales leadership who land it.

You’ll be the commercial finance lead the sales team actually wants in the room: close to campaigns, pricing, dealer performance and margin, not parked behind a month-end checklist. Milton Keynes is the hub; you’ll work across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations with a mandate to improve how revenue and profitability are forecast and managed.

• Own revenue, cost of sales and profitability reporting for a ~£900m book, with clear commentary sales and leadership can act on
• Partner with sales managers on forecasts, campaigns and commercial proposals - challenge assumptions, protect margin, flag risk early
• Lead budget, forecast and latest-estimate cycles for revenue and ROS, including scenario work and transfer-pricing inputs
• Run a clean month-end for the truck revenue P&L and keep controls tight on recognition and governance
• Build forecasting models and Power BI / Excel packs that show what's driving performance, not just what happened
• Coach direct reports and represent Truck Controlling in commercial forums

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a degree
• Around five years in commercial finance, FP&A or controlling, ideally with sales or revenue partnering
• Strong Excel and comfort with Power BI or similar; clear written and verbal challenge
• Experience leading or developing others is a plus; automotive or distribution experience helpful but not essential
