Information Rights Lead (Sensitivity Review) - DV Cleared - Contract

IR35: Outside

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Location:
Hybrid / 3 days per week in Milton Keynes

Rate: £460 per day

The role:

A leading Government Institution are seeking an SME and Lead Advisor, on all aspects of contemporary data including the handling of Freedom of Information (FOI), GDPR/Data Protection Act, and Information Commissioner's Office complaints.

This is an initial 6-month Contract, Outside IR35. DV Clearance will be supported.

Experience Requirements:

• Exceptional knowledge of information rights legislation (FOIA. DPA/GDPR).
• Practitioner certificate in data protection and Information rights
• Extensive experience in data privacy laws and regulations
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communications skills
• The ability to interpret and apply official guidance and case law to inform decisions on cases.

Desirable:

• Central Government experience.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and adapt to changing priorities.
