Support Worker – P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities)

We are looking for a passionate Support Worker to join our team at Norman Russell House, Milton Keynes. In this role you will work with people who have a history or risk of homelessness, helping them take positive steps towards safe and settled accommodation.

• Provide one-to-one support sessions that build confidence and skills.
• Create and manage personalised plans reflecting each person’s goals.
• Encourage independence while offering guidance every step of the way.
