4-Bed Home | Milton Keynes | Up to £49,000 + £10,000 Bonus

We are supporting a highly reputable, well-established provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for their settled 4-bed LD children's home in Milton Keynes. This service has a strong, stable staff team and an excellent local reputation — the ideal opportunity for someone who wants to step into a well-run home and continue taking it from good to outstanding.

• Lead a dedicated, long-standing team who know the children and home well
• Ensure high-quality care and support for children with learning disabilities, complex needs and communication challenges
• Maintain and enhance the home's strong Ofsted performance
• Oversee all operational, staffing and regulatory responsibilities
• Foster positive relationships with families, professionals and the wider community
• Drive a child-centred culture that promotes choice, independence and meaningful outcomes

• Experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager looking to step up
• Background in children's LD services (residential, SEN or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• A calm, steady leader with excellent communication and safeguarding practice

• Up to £49,000 basic salary
• £10,000 annual performance bonus
