Occupational Health Advisor

Occupational Health Advisor Milton Keynes Site-based (2-3 days per week) permanent role We’re recruiting an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver high-quality OH services on a client site in Milton Keynes. This role focuses on case management, health surveillance, screening, and health promotion, with workloads capped at six case management assessments per day to ensure quality and balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Fitness for work and absence management consultations Delivery of health surveillance and screening (including audiometry and spirometry) Proactive OH support and legislative compliance Ongoing CPD to maintain NMC registration

About You:

RGN with a post-registration OH qualification (Cert/Dip/Degree) Experienced across the full OH remit Organised, self-motivated, and a strong team player Full UK driving licence DBS clearance required.
