Job overview

Are you passionate about safeguarding and improving outcomes for children and young people? Due to retirement of the current post holder we are looking for a Named Nurse for our Children Looked After Team.

The post holder will take a key role in ensuring the Trust meets its statutory responsibilities and complies with all relevant legislation and guidance. This is a senior clinical post supporting children looked after and providing professional and clinical leadership, expert clinical advice and consultancy to staff and working collaboratively with local authorities, education, primary care and carers to promote positive outcomes and advocating the needs and rights of children who are looked after, making a meaningful difference.

Applicants are required to have significant experience as a registered nurse working in senior roles across the NHS with demonstrable experience at a multi-agency level.
