Join our dynamic and expanding Imaging Department at Milton Keynes University Hospital, where innovation, teamwork, and patient‑centred care are at the heart of everything we do. As an Advanced MRI Radiographer you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality diagnostic service across our modern MRI facilities – including two Siemens 1.5T scanners at the main hospital site and a GE 1.5T Voyager at our Community Diagnostic Centre.

With a new state‑of‑the‑art Imaging Scanning Centre opening in 2026, this is an exciting time to be part of our growing service.

• Carry out a wide range of MRI examinations, including neuro, musculoskeletal, angiography, and dynamic studies.
• Ensure the highest clinical standards and excellent patient care, including performing pre‑scan assessments and patient positioning.
• Participate in the on‑call rota for spinal emergencies.
• Organise workload and supervise junior staff for MRI, providing ongoing tuition to students and junior colleagues.
• Ensure high‑quality patient experience and safety for patients, staff and visitors.
• Liaise with other modalities within the department to maximise room utilisation and prioritise patients for optimum efficiency and service quality.

• Passionate about exceptional patient care and service delivery.
• Proven experience in MRI and cross‑sectional imaging.
• Confidence mentoring students and junior colleagues.
