Everpool Recruitment is partnering with a national provider to recruit Functional Assessors for PIP and Work Capability Assessments (WCA). • Starting Salary: £48,000
• After 6 months (upon approval): £50,000
• After 12 months: £51,000

• 5% one-off approval bonus
• Up to 10% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)
• Overtime paid at 1.5x once approved
• Additional salary uplifts:
  • File Handling: +£500
  • Auditing: +£500

You'll carry out telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence, discuss how conditions impact daily living and work, and produce evidence-based reports for the DWP.

This is an assessment and report-writing role only – you will not make benefit decisions.

You must have:

• 1+ year post-registration clinical experience (adult setting)
• 12+ months' active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
• Good communication, report-writing and IT skills
