Senior Night Care Assistant

We’re recruiting a Senior Night Care Assistant to join our Supported Housing for Older People service, working 28.5 hours per week.

Courteneys Lodge provides 32 self-contained flats with 24-hour Care Quality Commission registered domiciliary care for older people living with dementia. You’ll join a supportive team helping residents live independently in a safe and welcoming environment.

As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you'll lead the night shift, respond to emergencies, support colleagues and maintain accurate care records. You'll play a key role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and well supported.

This is a Site-Based role, and you’ll be expected to work from the designated workplace.

This role operates on a two-week rolling rota and consists of night shifts. The post is 28.5 hours per week working 3 x 9.5 hour shifts from hrsWeek 1:
Night shifts on Wednesday and Thursday.

Week 2:
Night shifts on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

This post attracts a Level 3 Annual Working Payment (AWP) in addition to the basic salary.
