An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated Practice Development Team on a part-time basis at Willen Hospice, the leading provider of specialist palliative care in the Milton Keynes area.

This unique and rewarding role is perfect for a qualified health professional looking to develop their career in education, clinical quality, and service improvementwhilemaintaininghands-on clinical practice.

Whatyoulldo:

• Deliver and support high-quality, evidence-based education and training across clinical teams.

• Work alongside staff in clinical environments to assess practice andmaintaincare standards.

• Provide face-to-face clinical care to patients and their families.

• Drive compliance, safety, and sustainability initiatives

• Support clinical projects and quality improvement initiatives.

We're looking for someone who:

Is aqualified RN or AHP with current registration and practical clinical experience.

Hasa strong interest in palliative and end-of-life care.

Haseffective organisational and communication skills.

Confident in engaging with a wide range of healthcare professionals.

Hasa desire to develop and deliverteaching and education deliveryskills with confidence

Has knowledge of audit processes and evidence-based practiceisdesirable.

Set in the tranquil grounds of Willen Lake, Willen Hospice isthe leading provider of specialist palliative care in the Milton Keynes area. We offer round-the-clock, expert care to localpatients with a life-limiting illness, both in their own homes and in our In-Patient Unit. Our passionate staff and volunteers make sure our care is personalised to each patients needs and supports their loved ones too.

We have a thriving Therapeutic & Wellbeing service providing counselling, physiotherapy, activity groups and more, and aspecialist Lymphoedema service. As a registered charity, we raise vital funds through our dedicated

Income Generationteam and our growing portfolio of high street and online shops, to ensure our care stays free of charge.
