Home Support Matters is seeking a compassionate Rapid Responder to cover Dereham and surrounding areas, providing overnight support across Norfolk. You’ll respond to emergency referrals, travel to clients’ homes, stay awake through the night, and deliver person-centred care to help people stay safe at home.
