HR Programme Manager

Onsite in Milton Keynes 3 days per week. Available to start by mid‑January at the latest.

HR Programme Manager required for our leading customer based in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for driving delivery against a complex list of defined requirements, acting as the day‑to‑day delivery lead, and working closely with the customer’s implementation partner and IT PM.

A suitable candidate must have extensive and proven experience managing large‑scale HR system rollouts – preferably SAP Success Factors.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or HR Programme Manager delivering complex HR system implementations.
• Lead the end‑to‑day delivery of a large‑scale SAP Success Factors programme (all modules).
• Demonstrated ability to lead programmes with requirements already defined.
• Experience working with offshore teams and third‑party implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, IT, and external vendors.
• Confident managing delivery in complex, multi‑entity environments.
• SAP Success Factors SME‑level expertise – highly desirable.
