I am supporting a growing Technology and Business Services organisation undergoing significant transformation and expansion. With 600 employees and a collaborative HR team, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business where HR is central to driving positive change.
About the RoleThis role combines strategic partnering with hands‑on operational HR, supporting leaders through growth and organisational change.
- Using people data and insights to identify trends and support business decision-making
- Partnering with leaders to support organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Managing complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance matters
- Supporting the delivery of HR projects, including systems implementation and process improvement
- Providing operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle
- Supporting workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives
- Working collaboratively with wider People teams including Talent, Reward, and Learning & Development
- Coaching and influencing managers to drive best practice people management
- Contributing towards a positive, high‑performing, and collaborative workplace culture
- Supporting the embedding of new HR processes and ways of working across the business
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR BP with strong UK employment law knowledge and a hands‑on, pragmatic approach. You will be confident managing complex ER issues, supporting change programmes, and building strong stakeholder relationships across all levels.
