GXO is seeking an HR & Engagement Administrator in Milton Keynes to join the River Island operation. The role reports to the HR Advisor and focuses on HR administration, engagement activities and improving wellbeing and site culture.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with a salary up to £27,227.20 per year plus benefits and leave. The successful candidate will help manage the employee lifecycle, recruitment tasks, and HR data reporting.
