Howden is seeking an HR Assistant to join the HR Employee Services team, supporting colleagues and HR Business Partners across international locations, with a focus on Europe. You will manage employee data, onboarding, contracts and lifecycle events, while ensuring compliance with local requirements and GDPR.
You will work closely with payroll colleagues and local HR teams to ensure accurate records and timely HR activities, adopting a collaborative approach across countries and cultures.
