HR Business Partner

Milton Keynes | Food Manufacturing | CIPD Level 5+

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner
to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our Milton Keynes bakery, alongside partnering with Finance, IT and Sales functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery. You'll work closely with leaders to drive people initiatives, support organisational change, build management capability and help shape a positive, high-performing culture.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing strategic and operational HR support to Leaders
  • Coaching, challenging and influencing leaders to drive best practice
  • Supporting workforce planning, succession planning and talent pipelines
  • Leading on employee relations matters and policy implementation
  • Identifying people trends, risks and opportunities to support business objectives
  • Driving engagement and communication initiatives across the site
  • Building strong relationships across operational and functional teams
  • Supporting recruitment activity and workforce growth plans
  • Championing company culture, values and leadership behaviours
What we're looking for
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent HR degree) or relevant experience
  • Strong HR generalist background
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent employment law knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Confidence managing complex employee relations matters
  • An authentic, people-focused approach with the ability to challenge constructively.
