Recruitment Consultant – Account Management role

Working alongside a director of the business who is a highly experienced recruitment consultant, handling exclusive assignments for one specific FMCG client with requirements throughout Europe and Asia. It will involve extensive stakeholder interaction, sourcing candidates and managing the whole process, ensuring delivery of a high quality recruitment solution to a major global business. The role is likely to evolve into taking over the management of other international accounts.

The company seeks an experienced recruitment consultant with excellent account management experience and resourcing skills. The role suits a resourcer/researcher looking to work on exclusive assignments or an experienced recruitment consultant looking to utilise their account management skills in a position which involves no business development.

The base salary is totally negotiable and will be complemented by a generous personal commission structure that is completely transparent and directly reflects successes.
