Our Reward & Benefits Team plays a key part in facilitating the organisation’s total reward strategy and supporting the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the employee benefits offering.

We are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to Support the efficient, compliant and accurate processing of monthly payrolls and employee benefits. As well as responding to and resolve payroll and benefits-related employee queries, providing a high level of service to employees and the wider business.

• Ensure all payroll and benefits data is processed accurately and in line with payroll cut-off dates.
• Respond to, investigate and resolve employee payroll and benefit queries liaising with the Compensation and Benefits team and the wider HR department when required.
• Assist with tax year end administration.
• Support with the preparation of effective communications for payroll and benefits updates to the wider business.
• Support the HR Office Manager with the processing of purchase orders and liaise with Finance to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Up-to-date working knowledge of payroll, pensions and benefits is beneficial.
• Good level of literacy and numeracy
• Experience in Microsoft Office packages, in particular Microsoft Excel including reconciliations and data validation.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM & Payroll would be preferred.
• Experience of processing large and multiple payrolls preferred.
  
  Able to work in a fast-paced, varied and demanding environment.
• Ability to deal with highly sensitive data and process it in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
• Logical thinker, with the ability to quickly grasp processes.
