HR Operations Coordinator

Are you an organised, detail-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a People Experience Coordinator to support global HR processes and deliver an exceptional employee experience across the business.

In this varied role, you'll coordinate onboarding, employee changes, HR systems administration, and provide first-line support and guidance to employees and managers. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate people data, improving processes, and supporting wider HR initiatives and projects.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in an HR, administrative, coordinator, or shared services role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

Experience with HR systems, Workday, or service management platforms would be advantageous
