Onsite Recruitment Account Manager – Milton Keynes

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Onsite Recruitment Account Manager to join our client’s busy operation in Milton Keynes on an immediate start basis

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within a high-volume warehouse recruitment environment and would suit someone who is confident managing large temporary work forces, client expectations and constantly changing staffing requirements.

You will be supporting an operation of approximately 100 temporary workers, increasing to around 300 during peak periods, with responsibility for ensuring the client’s staffing requirements are consistently fulfilled.

Hours of Work

* Monday to Friday

* 08:00 – 17:30

* Flexibility is essential

* On-call support may be required as part of the rota

* Immediate start available

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the day-to-day onsite recruitment operation

* Recruiting temporary workers to maintain a 100% client fulfilment rate

* Managing a workforce of approximately 100 temps, increasing to around 300 at peak

* Screening candidates and arranging interviews

* Completing registrations, onboarding and new starter paperwork

* Coordinating daily staffing levels and responding quickly to changing requirements

* Monitoring worker attendance, punctuality and availability

* Managing holiday requests, sickness and other absences

* Supporting workers with general queries and day-to-day issues

* Monitoring worker performance and gathering client feedback

* Liaising closely with team leaders, supervisors and onsite management

* Building strong relationships with both the client and temporary workforce

* Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth account delivery

About You

Previous onsite recruitment experience is essential, ideally within warehouse, industrial or logistics recruitment.

You will also need:

* Experience managing a high-volume temporary workforce

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Excellent organisation and attention to detail

* The confidence to work independently and take ownership of the onsite operation

* The ability to work effectively under pressure

* A proactive approach to recruitment and candidate attraction

* A full UK driving licence and access to your own car

* Availability to start immediately or at short notice
