We are seeking a QA manager to join our client who are leading global provider of live data and streaming technology, delivering critical content to customers across the gaming industry. Playing a crucial role in the industry, they support many, real-time platforms where quality, reliability, and performance are essential.

This is an organisation undergoing continued technology and quality transformation, making it an ideal environment for a QA Manager who wants to have real influence by defining strategy, collaborating with product owners and scrum teams to ensure quality is embedded early in delivery, helping teams build bespoke solutions used by customers worldwide.

Location:

Milton Keynes | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Salary:
Up to £80,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing :

* Lead and evolve the QA function across both manual and automated testing

* Drive a shift-left testing approach, embedding quality early in the development lifecycle

* Develop and implement new QA strategies, working closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams to embed quality into delivery

* Own and deliver the test automation strategy, supporting the transition from manual to automated testing

* Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Dev Ops to improve quality outcomes

* Ensure QA best practices are consistently applied across Agile teams

* Report on quality metrics, risks, and improvements to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience as a QA Manager / Test Manager

* Strong background in manual and automated testing

* Experience leading QA transformation initiatives, particularly manual-to-automation transitions

* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments

* Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing QA teams

* Confident communicator with experience working across multiple stakeholders

* Passion for building a positive, quality-first culture
