We’re looking for a Solution Architect, Manager level, who thrives in agile environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about mentoring others. You’ll play a key role in designing scalable, modern applications that make a real difference to users across sectors.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead multi-disciplinary agile teams to design and deliver robust, user-centred solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across projects.
  • Coach and develop team members, supporting their career growth and performance.
  • Contribute to internal standards, share knowledge, and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience designing multi-tiered software applications.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to integrate non-functional requirements into design.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), including SaaS and PaaS.
  • Clear communicator—able to explain complex ideas across teams and documentation.
  • Decisive and effective in fast-paced delivery environments.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Experience leading delivery across projects or programmes.
  • Exposure to business development alongside account or sales teams.
  • Skilled in performance management and career development.
  • Ability to manage time across multiple major projects.
  • Active contributor to technology communities or thought leadership.
