As a member of the Direct Sales Team in , you will be responsible for converting both in-bound and self-sourced sales leads into  merchants for card terminals and related merchant acquiring services. You will be providing a first-class sales service, aligned to customer needs and acting as a trusted partner.

• Manage and organize diaries effectively
• Handle objections with resilience and persistence
• Adopt a results-driven approach with strong self-drive
• Work under pressure to achieve sales targets

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or face to face sales, ideally within fintech or payment solutions.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to handle rejection.

• Ability to understand, demonstrate and communicate web-based software products
