A leading IT service provider is looking for First Line Analysts to join their Service Desk team. The position, based in Milton Keynes, involves logging IT incidents, working directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, and escalating problems when necessary. Applicants should ideally possess experience in a service desk environment and must either hold or be eligible for SC clearance. The role is a 12-month fixed term contract with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service during working hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
