Role Title
Performance Test Engineer

Role OverviewDesign and implement performance test plans and scripts for end‑to‑end business flows.
Key Responsibilities- Execute load tests to simulate expected user volumes and spike tests to assess system behavior under sudden traffic surges.
- Monitor system resources (CPU, memory, disk I/O) during test execution to identify bottlenecks.
- Analyse performance metrics and generate detailed reports with recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues and improve system architecture.
- Establish performance benchmarks and acceptance criteria in alignment with business SLAs.
- Continuously update testing methodologies and tools to align with industry standards and project needs.
- Interpret performance test results and suggest architectural improvements.
- Experience with CI/CD integration and automated performance testing pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Testing Tools: Any performance tool.
- Monitoring Tools: Experience in at least one.
- Languages: Java, Python, SQL.
