Applications Support Engineer (Net Suite) – Hybrid Milton Keynes

Take ownership of Net Suite in a growing, nationwide business that values technology and empowers its people. As the sole Applications Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert, supporting Finance and HR modules while helping shape how core systems run and improve.

• Provide day-to-day Net Suite support, troubleshooting and resolving issues to keep the business running smoothly
• Act as the primary contact for users, translating technical issues into clear, practical solutions
• Maintain and configure Net Suite features, including workflows, roles, forms, saved searches, and third-party integrations
• Support upgrades, releases, and testing while ensuring data accuracy, documentation, and governance best practices
• Learn and gradually support other business applications over time
• Must have a Strong understanding of finance processes in Net Suite

• Hands-on Net Suite experience, strong finance knowledge, and confidence making small configuration changes
• Comfortable troubleshooting independently and escalating when needed
• Self-motivated, organised, and confident engaging stakeholders one-to-one
