** Operations Support Associate (eCommerce)
** This role is offered as a fixed‑term 12-month contract, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience within our eCommerce Operations team.

*** About the Job
*** An exciting opportunity to join our Business Operations team on a permanent basis. You will provide first line technical solutions to internal and external customers supporting all manner of projects and tasks associated with Web, Electronic customer, and vendor connectivity.
*** What you can expect to be getting up to as an Operations Support Associate:
**** Provide First Line Web, EDI, XML, FTP, and API support for partners through email and telephone
* Implement fixes, routing and coordinate requests to other areas of the business.
* maintain customers’ existing electronic ordering capabilities, actively promote increased use of web, XML and EDI functionality with both internal and external customers.
* Manage web content and segmentation using Kentico, Pimcore.
* Support the Web release process including UAT and business validation.
* Manage Personalised Delivery set ups.
* Offer customer training face to face and remotely.
* Focus on profit revenue maximisation and cost efficiency for the company
* Support via email and telephone Ingram Micro electronic services to customers whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
*** In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
**** Previous working experience in a 1st line support role
* PC Literate – working knowledge of web browsers, Office suite or equivalent windows based software.
* Ability to communicate effectively via email and telephone
* Confidence in presenting training and answering customer questions through attentive listening
* Experience in two or more of the following;  + Internet Commerce  + EDI Technologies  + XML Technologies  + FTP Technologies
