The Security Operations Manager will lead the IT Security Operations function across EMEIA, ensuring robust protection of systems, data, and infrastructure. This role requires close collaboration with Group Security and Business Areas within EMEIA to deliver proactive security measures, compliance, and incident response aligned with global standards.

• Reports To: IT Infrastructure Director – EMEIA
• Dotted Line To: Director & Head of Information and Cyber Security EMEIA

• Establish and manage the EMEIA Security Operations function.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations, including monitoring, detection, and incident response.
• Act as the primary liaison between EMEIA, Group Security, and Business Areas.
• Ensure divisional security roadmap complements Group requirements and regulatory obligations (e.g., NIS2).
• Drive vulnerability management and remediation programs.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Lead response to security incidents across EMEIA, coordinating with Group and Business Area teams.
• Document incidents and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

• Deliver security projects that enhance resilience and automation.
• Support integration of security into IT infrastructure and business processes.

• Proven experience in IT Security Operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Working knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, AWS) and identity management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strategic thinker with operational execution capability.
• Ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and detail oriented.

• Incident Response Time:
  Reduction in mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to respond (MTTR).
• Compliance Score:
  Percentage adherence to internal and external security standards.
• Vulnerability Remediation:
  Time to close critical vulnerabilities.
• Audit Results:
  Successful completion of internal and external audits.
• Stakeholder Satisfaction:
  Positive feedback from Group and Business Areas.
