Are you a hands-on engineering leader ready to shape the future of technology in education and events?

I am on the look out for a Senior Engineering Team Lead to guide a talented platform engineering team through cutting-edge projects, while remaining deeply engaged with code, architecture, and innovation. This is a chance to lead with influence, not just oversight — combining technical expertise with real people leadership.

• Leading by: coding, designing, and reviewing architecture.
• Driving scaled agile planning and delivery in line with SAFe principles.
• Mentoring and supporting your team’s technical and personal growth.
• Embedding quality-first practices: testing, reliability, and CI/CD.
• Designing and delivering modern solutions using CQRS, event-driven models, and AWS.

Technical expertise in:

• CI/CD (Git Hub or similar)
• AWS (IAM, Lambda, API Gateway)
• Unit & integration testing, BDD (Spec Flow)
• SQL Server, Mongo
  
  DB, Docker
