Digital Marketing Executive Milton Keynes (hybrid) up to £30k DOE

Our client, a growing and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer who is looking to develop their career in a supportive, fast-paced environment with real scope for progression.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will support a broad range of digital marketing activity and play a key role in delivering campaigns that support the company’s strategic goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of their work while continuing to learn and grow.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Support the Head of Marketing with day-to-day digital marketing activity
  • Manage organic social media channels, with a focus on Linked In
  • Create and deliver digital campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Research digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities
  • Develop brand and campaign presentations
  • Analyse performance data and produce reports
  • Ensure products and services are promoted in the right channels at the right time

You will work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, using your initiative to manage tasks, prioritise effectively, and identify risks and solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a digital marketing role

Key Skills

  • Social Media: Managing organic Linked In channels, asset creation, scheduling, and internal guidance
  • Email Marketing: Campaign creation, data management, and automation
  • Website Management: Updating content and imagery (Word Press desirable)
  • SEO: Knowledge of best practice to support content and digital strategy
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and performance reporting experience
  • Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Linked In, PPC and retargeting campaigns
  • Campaign Support: Assisting on small and large-scale digital campaigns
  • Trend Awareness: Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and testing new channels
