We're looking for 2 x Senior Software Engineers who can combine hands-on development with technical architecture-someone who enjoys building, designing, and leading from the front. What You'll Do Own solution design across end-to-end D365 F&O projects Build scalable, secure, high-performing customisations Design integration architecture across the Microsoft stack Work on large-scale, forward-thinking digital programmes Mentor developers and help grow team capability Contribute to innovation across AI, cloud, and emerging tech What You Bring Proven D365 F&O / Microsoft ERP implementation experience (3-4 projects) Strong X and solid .NET
