Duty Manager Analyst (Security Operations) – Milton Keynes, UK
- Up to £550 per day, inside IR35
- Full time, onsite, 24/7 shift pattern

Their teams work at pace, relying on accurate, real-time information to drive effective decision making. Due to ongoing operational demand, they are seeking an experienced Duty Manager Analyst to join their command function.

As Duty Manager Analyst, you will act as the central coordination and information point within the command centre. You will support the Duty Manager by maintaining situational awareness, managing operational data, and ensuring accurate information flow across all teams. This role is key to reducing noise, triaging events, and enabling fast, effective decisions.
DUTY MANAGER ANALYST ESSENTIALSKILLS:
- Experience in command centre, SOC, NOC, or service operations environments
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Proven ability to triage alerts and prioritise incidents
- Experience managing dashboards, logs, and real time data feeds
- Excellent communication skills across technical and operational teams
- High attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Ability to remain calm and structured under pressure
