IT Undergraduate Placement

We are looking for an undergraduate studying Business Analysis, Project Management or a related discipline to join our IT team for a Year in Industry placement. The placement is designed to give you practical experience in a corporate IT environment while contributing to real projects that support the business.

• Supporting project coordination activities, such as tracking actions and preparing updates
• Assisting with analysis and documentation to support business and IT initiatives
• Working with colleagues across different teams to understand business needs
• Helping to prepare materials for meetings, reporting or presentations

• Learn how business and IT teams collaborate to deliver projects and improvements
• Develop commercial awareness through exposure to real business activities
• Build confidence in analysing information and supporting decision‑making
• Strengthen your communication skills by working with a range of stakeholders
• Gain insight into the automotive industry and how it is evolving

• Is studying a degree in Business Analysis, Project Management or a related subject
• Is completing a Year in Industry as part of their course
• Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Is comfortable using IT tools, including Excel
• Communicates clearly and enjoys working with others
• Is curious, open to new ideas and motivated to learn

• Be currently studying a degree and expect to achieve a 2:1 or above
• Be enrolled on a course that includes a Year in Industry placement
• Have the right to work in the UK
