Programme Director:
Digital Technical Excellence (Digital TEC)
Location: Milton Keynes (flexibility to work remotely and onsite)
Milton Keynes College Group plays a critical role in developing the digital workforce across the Southeast Midlands and beyond. The Digital Technical Excellence College (Digital TEC) is central to positioning the College at the forefront of digital skills development, supporting economic growth and responding to rapidly evolving technologies including AI, cyber, data and digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Lead the strategic coordination and delivery of digital and technology skills locally, regionally, and nationally, ensuring strong alignment between curriculum provision, employer demand, and emerging skills priorities.
- Drive an employer‑led approach to digital skills development, ensuring that provision is agile, scalable, and aligned to priority areas such as cyber security, artificial intelligence, data analytics, software development, and digital technologies.
