Position: M365 / SharePoint Training & Adoption Lead

The M365 / SharePoint Training & Adoption Lead will drive user engagement during a major transformation programme in Milton Keynes. This full‑time contract role (inside IR35) is responsible for designing and delivering training to enable colleagues to adopt SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of engaging training across e‑learning, virtual sessions, classroom training, and one‑to‑one coaching.
  • Create high‑quality learning materials, including guides, videos, playbooks, checklists, and quick reference resources.
  • Support business areas throughout the migration journey, providing practical coaching and post‑migration support.
  • Develop guidance on SharePoint metadata, tagging, and information management best practices.
  • Work closely with programme colleagues to align training with migration plans and business readiness.
  • Track adoption activity, gather user feedback, identify risks, and continuously improve the learning experience.
Role Details

  • Rate: £550 per day

Key Skills
  • Passion for helping people embrace technology and strong experience delivering Microsoft 365 adoption programmes.
  • Proven support for users with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
  • Track record of designing and delivering engaging training across multiple learning formats.
  • Experience creating user‑focused learning content and digital resources.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint metadata, tagging, and information management best practice.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and take ownership of delivery.
  • Background in the public sector or other highly regulated sectors (preferred).
