Location: London/Milton Keynes (hybrid working)
Duration: 6 months +
Vetting: SC security clearance will be required
Essential Skills- Show an awareness of different products and services
- Identify and engage with users or stakeholders to collate user needs evidence
- Understand and define research that fits user needs
- Use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes
- Work independently, share information and assist others with requests for service
- ITIL Foundation is a desirable qualification for this role. Successful candidates will be expected to gain ITIL Foundation within their probation period.
