Reporting Manager, Tooling

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of data within the organisation from acquisition and storage to analysis and dissemination
• Design and evolve tooling solutions and data platforms to support Operational Resilience strategy and decision‑making
• Develop and maintain IBS resilience dashboards and visualisations, ensuring clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Build and deliver pillar-level resilience metrics (KRIs) with strong data definitions, controls, and governance
• Design and implement data pipelines for ingestion and integration of vulnerability data from multiple sources (e.g. VM tooling)
• Establish data models, structures, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and traceability
• Implement data quality controls and validation processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of MI outputs
• Enable data‑driven insights and advanced analytics to support resilience, risk identification, and strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data and reporting solutions

• Experience designing and delivering data platforms, reporting solutions, or MI dashboards (Required)
• Strong experience in data engineering, data modelling, or analytics within complex environments (Required)
• Experience working with operational resilience, risk, or regulatory reporting data (Required)
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end data solutions (ingestion, transformation, visualisation) (Preferred)
• Undergraduate degree in Data, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
• Professional certifications in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Governance frameworks (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data integration) (Required)
• Experience with data visualisation and dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar) (Required)
• Expertise in data modelling, data structures, and information architecture (Required)
• Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, controls, and validation techniques (Required)
• Knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR) (Preferred)
