Dawsongroup in Milton Keynes is seeking a 1st Line Desktop Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for incidents and service requests, helping colleagues get back to work quickly while keeping communication clear throughout each ticket.
You will support Windows, AD, M365 and device management through Intune, logging and resolving issues, and escalating to 2nd line when needed, while building your technical experience in a collaborative Group IT team.
