nLighten is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Support Agent to be the first point of contact for inquiries and incidents. You will log tickets, direct issues to the right teams, and ensure timely updates in Salesforce and other systems.
Ideal candidates have service desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise a high volume of tickets in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Data center familiarity is a plus.
