Sopra Steria’s Aerospace, Defence and Security business is recruiting a Senior Service Analyst for Milton Keynes. You will be the primary contact for customers, managing incidents, problems and service requests, and guiding issues through their full lifecycle, resolving at first contact where possible.
You will document information in incident systems, monitor SLAs, escalate when needed, and liaise with internal teams and suppliers.
