Location:

Milton Keynes (Hybrid, minimum 2 days onsite)

We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a growing data team, supporting the development of modern data solutions, reporting capabilities, and analytics across a large-scale Azure data platform. The role combines data modelling, reporting, and hands-on data engineering work within a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop data models, schemas, KPIs, measures, calculations, and critical data elements.
Support the migration of data and reporting assets into an Azure Data Lake environment.
Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
Develop reporting and analytics solutions to improve business insight and operational efficiency.
Support data engineering activities using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and SQL.
Contribute to data governance, data quality, and reporting improvement initiatives. Essential Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SQL.
Advanced Data Modelling and Data Schema Design expertise.
Experience applying Medallion Architecture principles.
Strong Power BI development and reporting experience.
Experience creating KPIs, measures, calculations and critical data elements.
Knowledge of ETL frameworks and data integration processes.

Experience with Azure Data Lake and dimensional modelling.
Background in both data analytics and data engineering
