Desk Side and Technology Support Analyst

This role is based in Bristol, requiring presence on-site five days a week. It is an initial 6-month contract, with 37.5 hours per week, and requires an active SC clearance.

The client is a leading international organization providing critical technology services across multiple sites, known for their professional environment and commitment to IT excellence. They are seeking a Desk Side and Technology Support Analyst to join their team due to increasing project demands.

You will be a key member of the regional 2nd line support team, responsible for incident resolution, service request fulfillment, on-site troubleshooting of hardware, software, and telephony. Your duties include deploying new technology, supporting site setups, maintaining AV and equipment rooms, and providing reporting and escalation for complex issues.

• 4+ years in corporate IT service management
• Experience handling incidents and requests to SLA standards
• Managing deployments and equipment rooms confidently
• Proficiency with Service Now, hardware asset tracking, and reporting
• Driving license (for travel between local offices)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
