Job Description About The Role

The Senior Project Manager - Service Now will join Network IT's client in Milton Keynes during a significant transformation period, supporting and deputising for the Programme Director. This temporary contract offers £600 per day and requires ownership of end-to-end Service Now delivery across ITSM, ITOM, EAM, FSM and CSM work streams. You will coordinate technical teams, service operations, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers, driving integration with enterprise systems and tools.

The role focuses on complex change delivery, using Service Now to generate positive business impact through technology. Working patterns are full-time, and the position demands strong leadership in uniting technology and operational change. Prior experience with large-scale Service Now programmes is essential.

Network IT is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client within a period of transformation, to support them specifically with Service Now related work streams.

In this role you'll be directly supporting, and deputising for the Programme Director, whilst working through complex change delivery across service transformation work streams, utilising Service Now to make a positive impact to the business through technology.

You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of Service Now initiatives, bringing together technical teams, service operations, business stakeholders and third party suppliers.

• Leading Service Now delivery across ITSM, ITOM, EAM, FSM and CSM
• Driving integration with enterprise systems, tools and data
• Bringing technology and business change together to deliver lasting adoption
• Leading multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and stakeholders
• Keeping delivery on track across scope, cost, resources, risks and dependencies
• Making sure new capabilities are ready for launch, support and business adoption
• Managing senior stakeholders and providing clear, confident reporting to programme leadership
• Identifying and resolving issues quickly, keeping momentum and minimising disruption
• Supporting wider digital transformation and continuous improvement

• A recognised project management qualification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, APMP, ISEB or equivalent
• Strong experience delivering complex technology, transformation or implementation projects with Service Now specifically. If you have not delivered Service Now related projects, you will not be considered.
• Excellent planning, project controls and project governance skills, including MS Project or equivalent
• Proven experience managing resources, costs, risks and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including third party suppliers and subcontractors. Able to influence senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and competing priorities
• This is an SC Cleared role, whilst not essential it would be beneficial to speed up onboarding
• Previous experience of Project Management within government
