This is an exciting opportunity to support European Integration Centre projects by driving inventory management, order accuracy, logistics coordination, and issue resolution. The role is key to keeping projects on track, partnering closely with sales and cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth operations across SHI and colocation facilities. It’s a great fit for someone organised, proactive, and eager to make a visible impact.

• Assist with order entry queries whilst supporting sales to ensure accurate placement of orders in AX by sales
• Oversee the Problem Log ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely fashion whilst escalating concerns to appropriate leadership
• Regularly communicate status of work to manager via 1 on 1s, One Note updates, team meetings, etc.
• Submit, manage, and review inventory for all Europe Integration Centre Projects
