Client Advisor - Marsh Multinational

Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan, is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor. This hybrid role is based in Milton Keynes and requires working at least two days a week from the office.

As a Multinational Client Advisor you will provide full advisory and executive services to an existing book of multinational clients, building strong relationships and delivering market‑leading solutions.

• Service a portfolio of approximately 100 multinational clients / 400 policies.
• Manage renewals, invoicing, client needs, mid‑term adjustments and handle daily enquiries via email, post, web link or telephone.
• Oversee renewal procedures, risk presentations, negotiations with insurers, and generate renewal reports on the Marsh Trading platform.
• Follow all compliance and operational platforms and procedures.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and financial information.
• Support new business procedures and provide assistance when required.
• Develop and expand your client portfolio, introducing clients to relevant Marsh group teams.
• Attend client visits as required.
• Collaborate closely with Marsh overseas offices.

• Commercial or corporate insurance knowledge from a broking or underwriting background.
• Ambitious, keen contributor within a team environment.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ideally holding or working toward the CII qualifications.
• Proficient IT skills and experience with Acturis.
