We are working with a very well known brokers based in Milton Keynes who are looking for an experienced Claims Executive within Financial Lines.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office.

• You will be managing the full claims process from investigation to settlement, with a variety of size cases including larger and more complex.
• You will be working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
• As well as analysing data and identifying trends, you will also create reports, reduce the frequency of claims and look to improve the overall claims process.
• With your experience within claims, you will provide support and guidance to the claims handler and other team members.

• A strong and deep understanding of Financial Lines insurance policies, coverage types and claims procedures
• Experience working within a brokerage
• Excellent client relationship management experience is required
• An understanding of the general and legal principles of insurance along with the relevant regulatory and legal frameworks.
• A fully customer focused approach
• Excellent communication skills along with being assertive, confident and resilient under pressure.
• Strong negotiation skills and resilient under pressure
• Experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members where you provide constructive feedback that aids their professional growth.
• Experience in providing compassionate care and emotional support, guidance and encouragement to clients who are facing distressing situations.
• Ideally holder of BDMA (British Damage Management Association) Certificate
