** The Role
** As a Trainee Claims Technician, you'll join a supportive team and learn the fundamentals of insurance claims handling. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and develop the technical knowledge needed to build a successful career in insurance.  
** What you'll be doing
*** Support the day-to-day administration of insurance claims.
* Assist with setting up and maintaining claim records on company systems.
* Acknowledge new claims and help communicate updates to clients and insurers.
* Prepare and manage documentation to support claims handling activities.
* Process payments, collections, and other claims-related information accurately.
* Respond to queries and escalate more complex issues when needed.
* Work with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent client service.
* Learn and follow company, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
* Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.  
** Who we're looking for
*** Previous office, administration, customer service, or similar experience.
* An interest in starting a career within insurance claims.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  
** Qualifications
* ** A-level standard education (or equivalent).
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
* Interest in pursuing insurance-related qualifications is desirable but not essential.#
