An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Employment Paralegal to join a dynamic team in Milton Keynes. This role offers the chance to engage deeply with both claimant and respondent facets of employment law, providing a platform for significant professional growth.

• Liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders as required.
• Draft correspondence and manage own caseload independently.
• Proofread documents meticulously.
• Develop contacts for the team and firm through excellent marketing and interpersonal skills.
• Manage accounts and money laundering responsibilities associated with client files.
• Work collaboratively within a busy, friendly team environment.
• Handle pressure well and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong Employment experience with exposure to both claimant and respondent employment work.
• Professional Legal Qualification (Law Degree, Paralegal, CILEX) is desirable.
• Strong IT and systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office and legal-specific document management systems.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
