Salary: £120,000 - £500,000 + Excellent Benefits + Performance Bonus

The RoleAs a Disputes Partner, you will lead and grow the firm's Milton Keynes Dispute Resolution offering while collaborating closely with an accomplished national team. The role combines strategic leadership, high-level client engagement, and the opportunity to shape the future direction of the practice locally and nationally.
The team's work spans a broad range of commercial disputes, including contract and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, insolvency litigation, and regulatory matters, as well as alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Dispute Resolution team in Milton Keynes.
- Advise clients on complex, high-value commercial litigation and dispute matters.
- Drive business development initiatives and strengthen the firm's regional presence.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's UK offices to deliver seamless, multi-disciplinary service.
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
You will be an experienced and commercially minded Disputes Partner, or a Legal Director / Senior Associate ready to take that next step into partnership. You ll bring technical excellence, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire trust in both clients and colleagues.
You will bring- At least 8+ years PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
- Experience managing complex cases for corporate and high-net-worth clients.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and mentor others.
- A following or strong regional network would be advantageous, but not essential.
