With significant ongoing investment in its property and infrastructure practice, this is a standout opportunity for an ambitious partner to take a leading role in shaping and growing the regional Real Estate team as part of a nationally recognised group.

• Lead and develop the Real Estate team in Milton Keynes, ensuring continued excellence in client service.
• Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including development, investment, and complex portfolio management.
• Collaborate with national colleagues to deliver an integrated, cross-departmental service.
• Play a key role in business development, strengthening existing relationships and building new opportunities.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers to develop the next generation of talent.

You will be an established Real Estate Partner or an ambitious Legal Director / Senior Associate ready to take the next step into partnership. You ll combine technical excellence with strong leadership and business development capability.

You will bring:

• 8+ years  PQE in commercial real estate.
• A strong track record managing complex transactions and high-value portfolios.
• A client-focused approach and ability to deliver pragmatic, commercial solutions.
• Demonstrable business development experience and a strategic mindset.
• A following or strong professional network (desirable but not essential).
